The therapy is divided into three sessions - Discover - Heal - Transform - each focusing on different acupressure points in the body to ensure a thorough healing process. It begins with intention setting, followed by a consultation to assess emotional and mental well-being. Grounding pranayama calms the mind, leading into a soothing foot bath in milk to cleanse and ground. With this preparation, the therapy begins. Each session concludes with a warm herbal tea or warm milk to bring balance and grounding. Journaling prompts are provided to support your healing journey and cultivate self-awareness and sessions are spaced 2-5 weeks apart to allow for integration.

This session continues to focus on Marma therapy, incorporating acupressure points on both the feet and hands to enhance the flow of energy. The work deepens, supporting the release of further blockages and assisting in the integration of healing on physical and emotional levels.
Transform: Integration, Bhasma & Awakening
The final phase of the therapy begins with another consultation to assess the overall progress and ensure alignment with the healing journey. This session integrates all the previous therapies, with the addition of Bhasma (gemstone ash) for deeper vibrational healing. The therapy also includes Marma therapy on the hands and feet, and a soothing head massage to seal and ground the alignment.
